Vanessa Adams, BSN, RN

I'm Vanessa, founder of ATX Concierge Care, a registered nurse with over a decade of experience providing specialized pediatric nursing care for medically complex and medically fragile children throughout Central Texas.

My nursing career began in organ transplant and medical-surgical nursing in San Antonio, Texas, where I cared for adults before and after life-saving transplant procedures. That experience taught me clinical excellence, precision, and the importance of supporting families during life's most vulnerable moments.

For the past 10 years, my passion has been caring for children. I have dedicated my career to pediatric home health, providing one-on-one nursing care for infants, children, and adolescents with complex medical needs.

Long before I became a nurse, I was the oldest sibling, helping care for my three younger brothers and volunteering in a daycare throughout my teenage years. Caring for others has never simply been a profession—it has always been part of who I am.

I'm also a proud mother to two incredible boys, Jayson and Rocco. Being a mom has given me a deeper understanding of the trust parents place in the people who care for their children. I know how difficult it is to balance work, family, and the unexpected moments when a child becomes ill or needs extra support.

That understanding inspired me to create ATX Concierge Care. My vision was to offer families something different: personalized, professional nursing care delivered in the comfort of home with the responsiveness, discretion, and individualized attention that busy families deserve.
