    If you are experiencing a medical emergency, difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, seizures that will not stop, or another life-threatening condition, call 911 immediately.

  • ATX Concierge Care provides professional, in-home nursing care for those who are mildly to moderately ill or who require skilled nursing services. Our goal is to help families receive high-quality care in the comfort of their home while reducing unnecessary emergency room visits and helping avoid missing work.

  • All care is provided by a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with over 10 years of nursing experience, including pediatric home health, medically fragile children, organ transplant care, and acute care nursing.

  • We provide care for infants, children, and adolescents. Adult care available with consultation.

  • Services may include:

    • Sick-child monitoring

    • Medication administration (with physician orders when required)

    • Fever management and comfort care

    • Hydration and nutrition

    • Airway and respiratory support

    • Seizure monitoring

    • IV medication administration (when appropriate)

    • Post-hospital discharge care

    • Overnight nursing care

    • Respite care for families of medically complex children

  • At this time, ATX Concierge Care is a private-pay service. Payment is due before or at the time services are provided.

  • Same-day appointments may be available depending on scheduling and location.

  • No. Registered Nurses do not prescribe medications. We administer medications that have been prescribed by your healthcare provider when appropriate.

  • We proudly serve families throughout the Austin area. Travel outside our primary service area may require an additional travel fee.

  • Yes. We take your privacy seriously and comply with all applicable privacy laws. Your personal health information is kept confidential and securely protected.

  • Depending on your child's age, medical condition, and the services requested, parents may leave after completing the required consent forms and emergency contact information.

  • If your child's condition worsens beyond what can safely be managed at home, emergency medical services (911) will be contacted immediately, and parents or emergency contacts will be notified.
